Seasons greetings from your Drivetime family. Last show, last blog of 2016. Given that I HAVE HAD NO SLEEP it will be a miracle if don't fall asleep on air.
The thing with the movie show is that there are long periods where I am not saying anything and so the risk of sleep is acute. I may well start punching my own face. Jackie Brambles once fell asleep during a breakfast show we were doing, then fell off her chair. What a hoot. The early shift does this to people.
(How to deal with visiting mother's visiting dog is the issue here. Better earplugs may well hold the answer)
So we finish today till the 2nd so this is the time to thank you all for your hardcore blogging through 2016. Thanks for all the choons and assorted open windows into your lives. Maybe 2017 will even better and healthier for all. One more task! Big show openers please from 1977, our final year of requirement. Hoping for a rocking festive edition from 5.
