Hey. Thursday dawns damp and cloudy with a hint of cardigan. Hope you enjoyed Mr Essex last night, ol' twinkly eyes was on fine form I thought.
I know multi-millions always helps but at 68, he's looking fabulous. And so many stories! There aren't many guests who, when Bo Diddley comes up in conversation, have their own personal Bo Diddley anecdote ready to go. Nice one David (and what can you do with 100 motorbikes and 10 houses? Maybe next time…).
Today we tuck into another foodie Thursday with Nigel offering banana eggy bread with crispy bacon (not sure what the banana is doing in there).
And today (as you know) is World Maritime Day (not Marmite, that wouldn't work) so a broadside of MARITIME hits today will sound tip-top.
