Busy day here, early appointments with movie stars, the physiotherapist then assorted family members who'll need things. And then, eventually, to R2 towers where top comedian Sarah Millican awaits.
She's written 'How To Be Champion', which is part memoir, part self-help book and which you read with Sarah's voice loud and clear in your head. V smart, v funny. PLUS we should have CHAMPION oldies as a musical accompaniment. Mark Radcliffe will also feature today with news of the Young Folk Award which is being launched tonight.
