I can feel the heat is on

If I set out now, I might make it in for the show. I am shuffling through the house with all the speed of one of the snails on our garden path (a dangerous place to be by the way). Had some physio yesterday and hopes were high for a speedy recovery until I tried to get in the car. Then they lowered just a little. No short cuts. Pass the ice pack. Thanks for all the best wishes. Fortunately sitting down is perfectly fine, it's just getting to the chair that's the issue. In the old days senior broadcasters would be carried to their studio on a sedan chair, carried by grateful members of management. I'm thinking of suggesting a return to this useful tradition.

Meantime, let's limber up (delicately) for Tuesday's fabulous Drivetime. Time for a Tunesday of course and your choice of MARS TRAVEL songs. There's a Horizon tonight on BBC2 suggesting the best places to visit, should you get there (the Gale crater and Pavonis Mons in case you're need to know).
