Good day all.



Another Friday reached and time for a large coffee (no sugar, no milk, no toffee essence, no sprinkles, no fuss and nonsense). Can recommend the chowder from last night by the way, top notch nosh for the cold weather and the weather seems set to deliver another dollop of snow before we can ease off the heating again.



2 show day today with 5L going first and an interview with Steven Spielberg! We get 20 minutes too as some no-hope tv crew never made it through the snow and we got their time allocation. He's a great guest as you would hope for our greatest living movie director. In a spirit of misplaced confidence I read some Lincoln to him; if there's a prequel, I'm feeling I have a chance...Anyway Lincoln is a great film, DDL is fantastic and is as riveting as a 2 and a half hour parliamentary procedural can be. In fact I intend to see it again.



Then a slow saunter to Radio 2 Towers and another ARF....shall we try 1969 for song number 1?
