Devil with a bus pass
Since Molly rocked up in Montego Street in December there's never been a dull moment. Her evil powers were in good form in this week's episode so let's take a look back at her dastardly deeds so far.
We first heard tell of Mrs O'Hara just before Christmas, when Scarlett was keen to ensure that Big Bob had cut ties with the mysterious Molly. Of course, we assumed she was his clingy bidie-in, but it was later revealed that Bob was living with his mammy well past his sell-by date!
And when she rode into town on her mobility scooter, it may as well have been a broomstick as far as Scarlett was concerned.
Molly's high point though was trashing the community centre. How nasty was it, leaving Big Bob to get the blame, and the boot, from his new job as jannie? The slip-up here though, Molly, was neglecting to smash the CCTV cameras beforehand...
Scarlett saw it as the perfect excuse to get the polis involved, but soft-hearted Wee Bob couldn't turn his granny out on the street. Before you could say 'Cliff Richard', Molly had her feet well under the table at Bob and Deek's, where her love of fry-ups was bringing the youngsters to their knees.
Not a day can go by without mischief-making however,so it wasn't long before she got Stella back on the bottle, with her fortified (ahem) breakfast juice: 'Och, a wee voddy'll not do any harm!'. But it seems the cat is out of the bag: her scared old lady act was revealed as, well, just an act. Molly should've won the talent contest, we think, for services to the dark side.

At 22:53 1st Apr 2010, lesley wrote:The script writers deserve a medal the story lines have been brilliant.Molly is some crater whos aye up to mischief of some sort.No much wonder Scarlet didnae want her back in her life shes a wee besom allright.I think the funniest bit with Molly was when she trashed the centre and when the camera was stopped she looked like a right mischievious wee madam.Also when Jimmy left Molly and Scarlet to have a nice wee chat while he made the supper was hillarious also when they were having a meal together the banter and one liners were hillarious.And noo poor Stella has been thrown oot because of Molly but at last Mollys been found out.Just hope Deek can find Stella and make amends,the poor lass was so happy their till Molly came along.Una Mcleans acting has been brilliant and very funny,a real treat to watch as its been so funny watching her get up to her antics,what a wifie she is.Thanks for such an enjoyable programme.

At 20:40 17th Apr 2010, lesley wrote:I agree entirely about Molly hiding Madonna.She had no right and it was such a cruel thing to do to poor Scarlet Jimmy and the family.She acted so upset and made on that she was the hero because she found wee Madonna, it was really cruel.I thought it was too good to be true when she made on that she was really concerned about Madonna and she wanted to help look for her.To put Scarlet and Jimmy through all that worry and upset was really despicable and how low could she get to do such a cruel thing.I wonder too what changed Scarlet from phoning the police.I think Scarlets x husband is still friendly with Molly and she knows that he would try to get back into her life again and break her and Jimmy up.But their could be a few reasons and hopefully we will find out soon.Fair enjoying it.Great to see someone else likes the character of Molly im not the only one yipee.
