Ooh, you are keen! Yes, eagle-eyed karen, it was indeed Forbes who appeared in our favourite cookery/voyeurism show Come Dine With Me. He was in the background at Brocham Lom in last night's show.



And, the song playing at the end of the episode, when Bob was on his knees, was 'Hand in Hand' by Dire Straits. Well done hazel!
