Tuesday 18th August

Tonights episode was fantastic for a number of reasons. Lennys smug little world is crashing down but knowing him he'll bounce back. Glad to discover the attacker was Michael. This has been a gripping storyline over the summer and given the trust that Scarlett feels she has built up with Michael I think she'll be devastated, mind you it just goes to show Jimmys gut instinct was right!



RiverCity is compelling viewing with great storylines and a fine cast of actor. It gives all the other so called major "soaps" a run for their money. I always look forward to my Tuesday nights watching RC.

Really enjoyed tonights episode it was so funny but worrying when Scarlet walks home with Michael.Jimmy was right about his gut instinct hopefully Michael will be caught very soon and brought to justice.Poor Nicky i felt so sorry for her having to put up with Bob and that lassie from the hair dresser.But at long last they have finally got together and they should just tell Deek and not feel guilty.He should be happy for them as they make a really lovely couple.Eventhough they are together they will allways be the best of friends with Deek.What a laugh Bobs Elton Johns impresion was, till grumpo Deek came in and stopped their fun.Hope Lydia finds out what Lennys up too and she packs her bag and goes,a leopard doesnt change its spots.He was so angry about his bribary money being put towards the community centre.Good on Eileen, shes played him at his own game and it serves him right.I was really cringing in my seat when Amber kept expecting everything for her birthday.(What Amber wants Amber gets)Mind you i thought more of her when she cancelled her party and was happy just to have a meal with her family after she heard her folks were broke.But it was nice that Nicky and friends had arranged a party for her and she enjoyed that better.She was even pleased with her watch she got, whereas before she wasnt impressed and just moaned.Next weeks episode looks really good.River city is the best soap on television,i look so forward to Tuesday nights.Keep up the great work,River city gets better and better each week and is such a joy to watch.

Scarlett has no luck with men called Michael. :-)

The whole attacker story works so well because it involves the whole community. The actor playing Michael is fantastic. River City is really great at the moment, keep it up.

I dont know what Deek`s problem is with Nicki and Bob getting together,he should be pleased for his best pals.What a shame for Scarlet!!! Jimmy is going to be chuffed though as he has been right not to trust the Micheal one

Its all down to credible actors and scripts, I think its a shame that they cant write more beliveable lines for Jimmy, the rat thing was so cringeworthy, and Scarletts reactions were....well childish.... the Michael as attacker thing is also just to weak and smacks of "time to finish the storyline so lets take the easy way out"



River City is a great show, but it is let down by amateurish writing at times.
