Our colleague Craig Frew up in Aberdeen has just published a new Out of Doors photograph gallery which relates to this weekend's programme.

See photographs of Ruth McKenzie, one of the guides from a company called Running the Highlands jogging through a snowy Balmoral Estate in Aberdeenshire, and Mark Stephen with pupils from Priorsford Primary School at Dalguise Outdoor Centre in Perthshire.
