David Cameron in a BH lift

Leader of the opposition David Cameron came into Broadcasting House this morning to talk to Jenni Murray. I headed over to meet him as he entered the building and got a few photographs of the big event. The other pictures are on Flickr and you can listen to the interview - the second of the programme's interviews with the main party leaders - here for the next seven days. Gordon Brown is next.

    Steve:

David Cameron visits to Women's Hour I hope that the interview with Jenni went off great...And, I hope that Mr. Cameron was able to answer the questions that was poised to him..

I hope that WH is going to interview all the other leaders too, given enough time before the real hustings begin, if not the WH will be seen as politically biased. Oh, and can you make sure that you also post blogs about each interview, containing the same sort of utterly dread full photo's of the interviewee!...

Also, when is WH going to be forced to change it's name to a less sexists, feminists, title?

Boilerplated Woman's Hour interviewed Nick Clegg on 8 Feb and will interview Gordon Brown in due course. I wasn't around for Nick Clegg's visit so didn't take any pics. If I'm around when Gordon Brown comes in I'll nip over to Broadcasting House with my camera. The only thing I can guarantee is that - since I'm taking them - the photographs are unlikely to improve!
