This week on Now Playing we’re delighted to welcome Moby and in doing so hand him control of BBC 6 Music for two hours to play the music he loves - with help from you.

He’ll be joining us live from LA via Twitter and needs you to suggest songs which you think he should fill the schedule with between 6-8pm GMT this Sunday (September 29).

Moby, real name Richard Melville Hall, has been at the vanguard of electronic music for more than 20-years, creating iconic tracks like Go, Porcelain, We Are All Made of Stars and Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?. He's now set to release his 11th studio album, Innocents, which features collaborations with the likes of Mark Lanegan and Wayne Coyne.

Moby will kick off the playlist with some of his own choices but then the rest of the show is up for grabs and this is the sort of thing he’s after:

Ahead of Moby taking over Now Playing @6Music he explains what he wants to play.

To get your suggestion to Moby you can comment on this blog or on our Facebook page, Tweet using #Moby6Music, add a track to our collaborative playlists on Spotify and Rdio, or email us at nowplaying@bbc.co.uk.
