Lock-in Quiz answers
Thanks for playing our last Springwatch Lock-in Quiz.
If you haven't already given it a go then stop now and go to the quiz to make your guesses.
Here are the answers...
1. The great bustard is the world's heaviest flying bird.
2. The colour scheme was from one of our webcam stars, the kestrel.

3. The UK's smallest songbird is the goldcrest.
4. A bird's beak and feathers are made up of the same material as human hair. That's keratin.
5. The colour scheme was from one of the Springwatch stars, the sparrowhawk.

6.Butterflies taste with their feet.
7. An oak tree can produce about 50,000 acorns in a good year.
And finally...
8. This colour scheme was a slight cheat. It was in fact a lesser spotted Chris Packham T-shirt. The butterfly pattern is made up from the wings of swallowtail, red admiral, marble white, large copper and orange tip butterflies.
