Wednesday’s MPFREE comes from a band that had an 18 year hiatus. And it really wasn’t one of those will they, won’t they get back together situations, this was completely over. Until this bit of swirling scuzz-pop appeared online.

Medicine hail from Los Angeles and released three shoe gaze albums back in the 90s and split in 1995. They’re probably best known for their cameo appearance in the film The Crow. A line-up of sorts did release an album under the Medicine name in 2003, but we’re not counting this. So this is the first new material from the original line up taken from new album To The Happy Few, out 6th August.
