Quell has self-released a number of recordings on cassette in the last two decades and has gained Eugene a small but widespread following. Having spent most of his adult life moving from city to city all over the world, Eugene has, for now, found a home in Brighton, UK, and plans to release several records through Sonic Anhedonic Recording Company.
