"I recently started a long distance relationship with my lovely girlfriend Helly in St Ives. As a long time fan of mixtapes as a romantic gesture, I decided that for her first trip up to see me in London, she needed a musical companion for the 5 hour epic journey.

"So in a hurry I emailed her 15 individual mp3s, a playlist for the correct order to put them in and that she was under strict instructions to arrange them in that order! I would be checking her iPod later on to make sure! What can I say, the flow is everything.

"Don't worry, we're still together 6 months later! It goes from chilled ramping up through indie to dancey, via a brief trip through somewhere African/Jamaican!"
