Supported By:BBC Introducing: The South (BBC Solent, BBC Sussex, BBC Surrey). Heard first and shared by Melita Dennett!

Style: They’ve been described as an 80's New Wave Pop outfit. It’s what would happen if early Madonna, Haim and The 1975 lived together.

You Need To Know: Fickle Friends are Natassja Shiner, Chris Hall, Sam Morris, Harry Herrington and Jack Wilson. They had early support from Zane Lowe and were recently in session on BBC Introducing in The South. Natassj met drummer Sam at Paul McCartney’s music school, the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. They then met keyboardist Jack, guitarist Chris and bassist Harry when they moved to Brighton. Jamie Oliver is a fan, crowning them the winners of his annual Summer Jam Competition, where they shared a stage with artists like Basement Jaxx and KT Tunstall.

Find out more: Keep tabs on what they're up to on Facebook and Twitter. Watch highlights from their performance at Radio 1's Big Weekend in Norwich here.
