Each week, a BBC Introducing track gets added to the Radio 1 daytime playlist. It's a big deal because it means the artist gets played by the likes of Greg James, Dev and Fearne Cotton. Hometown: Summer City are from Ripon, North Yorkshire where they formed at the age of 13.
Style: The teenage quartet do pop rock/punk in its purest form. Influenced by blink-182, Pendulum and Jimmy Eat World, it gets parties started in a way that would make Andrew W.K. smile.
