Hometown: Newcastle via Milan. Mausi are fronted by siblings Thomas and Daisy Finetto, who were born in Italy. They are joined by friends Ben Brown and Benjamin Huntrods to complete the quartet.
Style: Upbeat indie electronica that makes you want to jump around, dance like a fool and wave your arms in a really badly coordinated manner (maybe that's just me). sol. is like a slice of the summers we use to know in the UK. You know, the hot ones which came with lots of ice cream.
Did you know? sol. has over100,000 views on YouTube.
Supported by: Nick Roberts from The Evening Show at BBC Newcastle has been singing their praises for some time now and it's also caught the attention of BBC 6 Music andHuw Stephens' Radio 1 show.
