As part of our on-going post launch support for the new BBC News app, I appeared on Newswatch at the end of last week to respond to feedback and questions from users of the new App.
In the interview I talk about some of the features that we are looking to enhance in response to user feedback.
You’ll also have seen from Karolina Iwasko’s post that we have already issued an update for Android which improves performance and fixes the preview widget which was a concern for many users.
We are currently working on a further improvements which will make it more clear to users that you can still swipe between stories in the same way you could on the old app, and investigating ways to increase information density for users who want that as a setting.
