New BBC iPlayer: internal testing of user journeys
The test team sat down and came up with four areas for the journeys to focus on. These were Playback, Categories & A-Z, TV Guide & Channel Schedules and the iPlayer Homepage, the individual Channel Homepages and the Search facility.
