Welcome along from BBC Scotland. I've broken in to someone's computer and managed to remember the website address to write a blog. Feel a bit spaced out as was up nice and early today - headed straight to the space-aged Terminal 5 at Heathrow and flew to Glasgow.

I'm doing 'Feet Up Friday' live from Glasgow today and have got a lovely audience on the way in too. As well as that, Mark Beaumont, the guy who 'Cycled the Americas' will be joining me and has brought his bike with him. I smell a Sport Relief challenge on the horizon...Oh goody.

Matt Damon was in a few weeks ago, and the interview I did with him will be on also and I got a very special friend of the show to speak with him.

As well as that, the usual guff and as always on a Friday, the world's most original gameshow - 'The Square' - will of course get an airing.
