Our man in the field...literally
I caught up with Mark Beaumont who is cycling from the top of the Americas to the bottom to create a fantastic BBC1 documentary and fulfil a lifelong dream. He is doing it all alone, and will take him 7 months to cover 15,000 miles.
Keep up to date with his progress 24 hours a day here and on the big show too as I chat to him to check his progress and make sure he's stayed puncture free...

To get Mark's captions just visit the flickr pages at flickr cyclingtheamericas.
Sorry that they don't pull through onto the embedded gallery on the BBC site.

Can you please talk to Mark before it's 5:10 ?? Cuz afterwards I go to work and can not listen to radio, and the posted videos are not available in my areas...
I really wanna hear what's up, say hi to him:-)
