We sprung a special surprise on EastEnders legend Barbara Windsor earlier today, after she'd been made a dame by Her Majesty The Queen on Tuesday. The cast and crew gathered to honour Barbara with a rousing rendition of There Is Nothing Like A Dame, before Executive Producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins presented her with a bouquet...

"I love this show with a passion," a delighted Barbara told the assembled team. "It's been the best thing in all my sixty years in the business."

There was even a delicious cake to celebrate with - in the shape of the iconic Queen Vic.
