Photo spoiler: Decisions and worry

What a week for Carol. Firstly, she has to make a decision about whether or not to go to the police about Tina and her antics. Secondly, she has to deal with the family's financial worries. And then there's the police breathing down their necks.

If that’s not enough, Carol then makes a surprising discovery about Charlie - which just adds to the huge weight on her shoulders!

Oh, and did we mention she’s also bracing herself for her double mastectomy? No wonder she finds herself seeking solace in the hospital’s chapel.
