Peter Davison played the fifth incarnation of the Doctor.
Many happy returns to Peter Davison! Born Peter M. G. Moffett in Streatham, London, he played the Fifth Doctor, debuting in Logopolis episode 4 and saving the universe for three years before bowing out in the classic adventure, The Caves of Androzani.
Peter made a welcome return to the world of Doctor Who in Time Crash, the mini-episode written by Steven Moffat which saw the Fifth Doctor meet the Tenth Doctor.
