
BBC Northern Ireland’s monthly arts and culture series ‘The Arts Show’ has announced that it is searching for new up-and-coming young talents to be featured in a special episode of the show entitled ‘The Arts Show: Introduces’, which will be available on BBC iPlayer later this year.
The programme makers are looking for ten-minute short films from young creators, expressing their connection to Northern Ireland. A variety of different genres are being sought after, including short dramas, animation, music videos and documentaries. The closing date for short films is Wednesday 1st October.
‘The Arts Show: Introduces’ will also showcase new presenters on the programme, with applicants being asked to submit a two-minute show reel of their work. Submissions for presenters must be in by Thursday 24th July.
Those applying to be featured on the programme must be aged 17-25.
