Lockdown and isolation measures during Covid 19, have hit the music industry hard. So many artists have seen months of work delayed or festival dreams shattered, resulting in loss of income and exposure.
But fear not good people…today the Arts Council of Northern Ireland has opened a funding programme to support artists and performers during the COVID-19 crisis. The Artists Emergency Programme (AEP), worth £500,000, offers freelance artists, creatives and performers the opportunity to apply for grants of up to £5,000 each.
The funding covers research, design, live performances and more. So whatever you need help with right now, it is worth applying.
Get on it…share with all your fellow creatives and hopefully it will take some the pressure off. Details here: https://bit.ly/2YkZEtR
