Bad Fit – Far From Here & Strong Forever

Wednesday 7th December, 2016

They say: “
The ATL session was a great opportunity for us (Danny, Megan, Pando and Grace) to show off our sweet harmonies with a more stripped back instrumentation. We normally play as a full band so it was really fun to work more on three part vocals.

We also have to point out how amazing Danny's guitar tone is, the secret combination of several unique pedal settings that Danny has locked down through years of tweaking and perfecting. It's a recipe he'll take to the grave so don't ask him how he did it.”

We say: “Bad Fit’s session saw them take a sidestep from their usual set-up, replacing their pop-rock wall of sound with equally powerful three-part vocal harmonies. It’s always great when a band offers up something a little leftfield in a live session, so this felt like a really exclusive treat.

Danny’s chorus-laden guitar sound is the perfect accompaniment, lending a dreamy, somnambulist quality to the intertwining melodies.”

You can follow what the band is up to on their Facebook page and you can check out a video of the band live in session on the Radio Ulster Facebook.
