AVA
Returning to Belfast on Friday 1st – Saturday 2nd June, electronic festival and conference AVA have announced their day splits, allowing attendees to plan out their weekend, and have released the programme for Boiler Room’s first ever two-day broadcast.
A key part of the event, the Boiler Room set this year will take part across the full two days featuring headline act Mano Le Tough, as well as Dutch selector Job Jobse, Midland, Sunil Sharpe, Nez, Bobby Analog, Holly Lester, Jika Jika, Meat Free Ladies, Aalice, Jimmy Rouge and Quinto Campbell.

CQAF
Now in its 19th year, the Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival have released this year’s programme, featuring 150 events over 11 days, across Belfast city centre.
This year’s Artist In Residence is Across The Line regular Joshua Burnside, winner of the most recent NI Music Prize, with performances by – to name just a few – Jimmy Webb, Ben Folds, The Go! Team, Bridget Christie, Kimmie Rhodes, Sylvia Plath and many, many more.
Comprising of music, comedy, spoken word, literature, film and theatre, QCAF runs from 3rd – 13th May, with full line-up and ticket information available here.
VINYL
Additional guests have been announced for Dublin festival VINYL, complementing the already existing line-up of Snow Patrol, Shane MacGowan, Chrissie Hynde, Bob Geldof, Tracey Thorn and more.
The new announcements include Malojian, Cillian Murphy, Kevin Shields, Ailbhe Reddy and many other great acts, with the full lineup information on the VINYL website. The festival takes place on the 5th – 7th May Bank Holiday Weekend at Royal Hospital, Kilmainham.
