CM88 - Electric Beach
He Says: “After releasing my debut EP ‘Rebirth’ at the start of this year - which was very much a grand, epic, although somewhat slower in pace 80’s inspired space soundtrack - I wanted to focus on something a lot smaller in scale for my summer EP, but still retain my 80’s inspired sound. I wanted something that was significantly more energetic, fun and upbeat. This is where the idea for my ’Neon Sunset’ EP was born, from which ‘Electric Beach’ is taken.
‘Electric Beach’ takes you to a far away place where the sky is neon lit and the water is a pulsing electric blue. The synthesised waves of the ‘Electric Beach’ wash over you in an unrelenting 80’s inspired synthwave summer track.”
We Say: “More trippy goodness from the relatively mysterious Limavady producer, this one comes with a cheeky nod to the drum pads and synths that made the 80s such a snazzy decade.”
