Petty Youth - I Don't Need Ya

Petty Youth are a four piece ‘Garage Rock’ band, hailing from Belfast and Downpatrick.

They Say: “'I Don't Need Ya' is the second track off our new E.P 'Keep The Faith'. We're big fans of the camp, bombastic glam-punk side of things à la New York Dolls, Japan, The Stones etc so we went pretty all-out on that with this one. Big choruses, gang vocals, tambourines, organs, cowbells, the lot!”

We Say: “Since forming in 2013, this Co.Down rock-quad have been reliably ruckus in all that they’ve released. Much to our delight – ‘I Don't Need Ya’ is no different. Enrapturing noise with raw, rugged vocals - this is a ‘stay in the car until they announce the band name then run home and buy their entire back catalogue’ kind of good.”
