First Acts Announced for Atlantic Sessions

Jealous of the Birds in Session for Across the Line

Malojian, Jealous of the Birds, Ryan Vail and Michael Mormecha are among over 50 acts to be announced for this year’s Atlantic Sessions which take place in Portstewart, Portrush and Portballintrae from 17th to 20th November.

Now in its 8th year the festival will also include a ‘Music Trail’ featuring live performances every hour in intimate venues across the 3 locations.

The first wave of headline acts announced today includes:

Thursday 17th:

Malojian
- Flowerfield Arts Centre, Portstewart, 7pm

An Evening with John T Davis - Portrush Film Theatre, 7pm

David C Clements and Friends - Portstewart Town Hall, 8.30pm

Errol Walsh and Ted Ponsonby - The Anchor, Portstewart, 11pm



Friday 18th:

From Waylon To Willie – Celebrating The Outlaws - Flowerfield Arts Centre, Portstewart, 6pm

PORTS with Joshua Burnside and Rachael Boyd - Portstewart Town Hall, 8.30pm

Michael Mormecha - Portrush (Venue TBC), 11pm



Saturday 19th:

In The Round with Duke Special, Verse Chorus Verse and The Darkling Air - Portrush Theatre at Kiwis, 7pm

Documenta, Ex-magician and special guests - The Venue at Kiwis, Portrush, 9.30pm



Sunday 20th:

Sunday Brunch with Tom McShane and Best Boy Grip, MC Ralph McLean - Flowerfield Arts Centre, Portstewart, 12pm

In The Round with Ken Haddock and Matt McGinn – Venue (TBC), 3pm

Jealous of the Birds and Ryan Vail New Single Launch - Flowerfield Arts Centre, Portstewart 7pm
