With clear and crisp vocals, the listener’s attention is grabbed immediately. As a self-professed ‘professional sad boy’, JC Stewart conveys that idea of a broken, cyclical relationship perfectly, while still keep the song in the realms of classic pop. Full of catchy hooks and ear worms, it’s instantaneously infectious, immediately resonating with the listener. How he finds the time to cram this into his busy schedule remains a mystery, but we’re glad he does.
