Car Chase City – Something Good Will Happen
Friday 15th January 2016
They Say: “This is the new single from our upcoming EP to be released in February. It is the first song we wrote as the new line-up and feel it’s the best song we have written to date. We have taken influence from the likes of Four Year Strong, The Story So Far and some traditional pop punk bands like Blink 182 and Greenday.
We recorded the song and the rest of the EP at Einstein studios in Antrim and couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Frankie is amazing to work with and pushed us to produce our best track yet. We’ve also released a music video for the track which was filmed and produced by Holly Ballentine. We’re very happy with the song and excited about where 2016 is going to bring us.”
We Say: “Increased volume and extra rugged riffage from the increasingly reliable Car Chase City. Those guitars may be big, but the hooks are even bigger.”
Based in Belfast, Car Chase City are Gerard, Philip, David and Seosamh. Their new E.P is set for release in February and 'Something Good Will Happen' is out now.
