Greater Walls – Deep Water
They say – “Under deep water, a place often feared, a place you go to when the world pushes you under but once you let go you realise it’s a place of freedom. When there is too much surrounding you, listen and hear angles of the water guide you but don’t let this beautiful blue abyss take over your mind, you better come back now.”
We say – “If Ben Folds and Lorde had a son together, he'd make beautifully produced, thoughtful music like Greater Walls. Or, if we're talking local references, it'd be the spawn of Katharine Philippa and Best Boy Grip. That aside, 'Deep Water' is a wonderful taster of a debut album of the same name.”
