
The official launch of Culture Night 2014 has taken place today at Garfield Street. The event, which is in its sixth
year, will take place on Friday 19 September throughout Belfast.
The night will run from 4pm-late, and will include over 250 events, including ‘tasters, tours, talks, trails, demonstrations, activities, gigs, recitals, screenings, interventions, altercations and interactions.’
One of the main musical attractions of Culture Night 2014 will be a late night performance by UNKNWN in St. Anne’s Cathedral.
Alongside the official Culture Night on 19th September, there will also be other events taking place around Belfast from the 15th – 21st September as part of ‘Culture Night Xtra (CNX)’.
