Belfast doom pop three piece Girls Names have been announced to play the 2012 Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona. They join the bill with the likes of The Cure, Franz Ferdinand, Bjork and Richard Hawley among many others.

London four piece Tribes have revealed they will take on the Stiff Kitten with a gig in Belfast on May 5th, while Manchesters baggy, bad boys The Happy Mondays, who have recently reformed, will play The Olympia, Dublin on May 15th.
