Duke Special will be performing a concert of songs at the Belfast Waterfront Hall on the 31st October, based on the work of the Stieglitz, Streichen and Strand.

The Duke spent a year researching the twentieth century photographers and their subjects and co-wrote the project with Boo Hewerdine and Padraig O Tuama.

The ‘Under The Dark Cloth’ concert was first performed at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York in March and will be released as a collaboration with the RTE Orchestra on CD and download later this year.
