Poldark and EastEnders shine at TV Choice Awards

The TV Choice Awards 2015 were held at a ceremony in London on Monday 7 September. The winners are chosen by public vote and BBC programmes took home prizes in three categories:
Cornish period drama Poldark (pictured) took home the Best New Drama prize. While EastEnders's Davood Ghadami won Best Newcomer for his role as Kush (below).
EastEnders was also named Best Soap. You can see a full list of the nominees and winners on the TV Choice website.
