BBC Free Thinking 2015: Tearing up the rule book

BBC Radio 3's Free Thinking Festival of ideas is now in its 10th year. It returns to Sage Gateshead from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November 2015 for a weekend of provocative debate, new ideas, live music and performance under the theme ‘Tearing Up The Rule Book’.

Here Matthew Dodd, Head of Speech Programming, Radio 3, introduces this year's festival and shares some of his programme highlights.
