Arthur Smith explains how you can send two of our eight wildcards into the semi-finals.
The BBC Radio New Comedy Award is a nationwide talent search to find the best in new stand-up comedy talent.
This year’s competition is well on its way – the initial open call lead to over 600 entries from which 80 were picked to perform across the country in eight heats.
The semi-finals are in London and Birmingham next month and the final on 9 December at the Comedy Store in London.
But first it’s your chance to act as judge – eight runners up are competing for two wild card places in the semi-finals, if you’d like to have your say, watch Arthur Smith’s introduction video (above) and then head over to www.bbc.co.uk/comedyaward where you can view all the runners up and vote for your favourite.
