Mr Stink, Glasto & Girl win at Broadcast Awards

Last week (5 February) the Broadcast Awards 2014 were held at a ceremony in London, and the BBC took home five awards including Best Children’s Programme for David Walliams’ Mr Stinkstarring Hugh Bonneville (pictured) on BBC One.

Other categories the BBC was awarded in include: Best Single Drama for BBC Two’s The Girl; Best Daytime Programme for The Sheriffs are Comingon BBC One; Best Music Programme for Glastonbury 2013, Glastonbury Festivals for BBC Two, BBC Three and BBC Four; and Best Pre-School Programme for Rastamouse on CBeebies.

BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing, was also commended in the Best Entertainment Programme category.
