Hit BBC shows Killing Eve, Doctor Who and The Cry have helped BBC iPlayer to achieve its best month ever with a record high of 334 million requests.

BBC to premiere festive family favourites Zog and The Midnight Gang

Families across England will get a first look at some of the BBC’s cracking Christmas content this December, with nine cities around England hosting premieres of family Zog And The Midnight Gang.

BBC Radio 6 Music presenters named IDLES’ album, Joy as an Act of Resistance number one in the list of 6 Music Recommends: Albums of the Year, as announced on Shaun Keaveny’s 6 Music Breakfast Show on 26 November.

Love is in the air at Holby City Hospital in a special episode of BBC One’s long-running medical drama, due to air at 8pm on Tuesday 11 December, with Reverend Richard Coles joining the cast.
