At 09:38 28th Jun 2012, Pippa Handel wrote:I would like to suggest that in knock out matches, like Euro's and world cup. That the penalty shoot out take place first, before the match.
This would mean that teams who lost the shoot out would have to attack and at least try to win instead of just defending, it would also take away the need for extra time and make the actual match better to watch
