Boycott: 'United haven't bought any midfielders'

Geoffrey Boycott is known for being one of the most boring batsmen in English cricket - but equally one of most successful, and he now applies his stubbornness in appraising the the current England cricket team.
But yesterday (Sunday) he joined Ian Payne on 5 Live and after talking about the merits of Monty Panesar he lambasted the current Manchester United squad, and arguably coined the phrase 'you can't win anything with 30-somethings.'
