Scott says: "It has a bit of depth to it"
"At first look, I go 'why would someone, if they have a problem, think contacting celebrities is the way to solve the problem?'
"This is a Channel 4 show where they put different celebrities in a call centre, to give their own opinions.
"It's a mixture of First Dates and BBC Radio 1's Sunday Surgery.
"They have people like Countdown's Nick Hewer, Goggleboxers Steph and Dom Parker, Amanda Barrie from Coronation Street, and Gemma Cairney. I thought it was going to be a bit of pre-Christmas trash.
"But actually, it has a bit of depth to it.
"The weirdness, in terms of having a range of material in a short time on this show, makes me realise that Christmas can be very joyful and lovely, but also a time where, if you've had a very tough year, you self-reflect on your own personal circumstances.
"This encourages that idea of having a chat - and that it's OK for Christmas to be bad, and for you to feel bad - I like that it opens up that space for dialogue and I wasn't expecting that."

Hayley: "It has genuinely touching moments"
"When Amanda Barrie was giving advice to a 14-year-old who wanted advice on how to come out to her dad - that was amazing.
"Debbie McGee was giving advice on how to live after your spouse has died.
"Then it goes to the other end, and Dom from Googlebox was giving advice on when it's OK to fart in a new relationship. He claims he's never heard his wife fart.
"When I saw this on the list of things we were going to watch this week, I thought 'oh no'...
"But it's just really kind, with a great cast of people just listening."
