Good Omens: What the Must Watch reviewers think

Every week, Must Watch podcasters Scott Bryan and Hayley Campbell review the biggest TV and streaming shows alongside 5 Live presenter Nihal Arthanayake.

Good Omens is the new TV series from Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. It's based on a fantasy novel and stars Michael Sheen and David Tennant. It first aired on Amazon Prime Video in April 2019, and starts on BBC Two on Wednesday 15 January at 21:00 GMT.

Hayley says: "They are one of my favourite pairings on screen"

"Humanity is preparing for an imminent apocalypse but an angel and a demon are teaming up to try and stop this from happening.

"The angel is played by Michael Sheen and the demon is played by David Tennant, and together they are one of my favourite pairings on screen that I have ever seen, I just find them completely adorable.

"There's a major bias here because I got to interview them and eat eggs with them - I was eating eggs with an angel and a demon and I just find them really sweet."

Scott says: "Every time Tennant and Sheen are together it's magic"

"I think this show could have maybe been a film rather than a long series - i think there are some elements of ideas that could be a bit tighter.

"Every time that David Tennant and Michael Sheen are together on screen it is magic, I just wish there was more of it in the scenes I watched."
