Last week the UK radio industry's great and good gathered in Salford, 5 live's future home, for the Radio Academy's annual Festival.
As part of the Meet the Controller sessions the Guardian's Matt Wells interviewed our boss Adrian Van Klaveren. Here are two clips from the event.

Repetitve, insulting, tedious, are some of the words i would use to describe the majority of comments which come from the " small minority of listeners" pestering Nigel Smith et al, is akin to stamping your feet like Children, demanding you get your way.
No wonder the comments and questions are ignored

You made the mistake -- like so many before you -- of raising expectations and haven't delivered on them.
We're still waiting for _any_ of the questions in the humorously titled "Your Questions Answered" thread to be answered too.
