Je vois des élèves qui prennent leur déjeuner dans la cantine d’une école. Ce n’est pas en France, c’est en Grande-Bretagne parce qu’ils portent un uniforme. Je pense qu’ils vont manger des légumes. On voit aussi un homme qui porte un chapeau et qui sert les repas.

I see students having their lunch in a canteen at school. It‘s not in France, it’s in Britain, because they are wearing a uniform. I think they are going to eat some vegetables. There is a man who is wearing a hat and who is serving the meals.

Je n’aime pas le fromage parce que c’est trop fort et je déteste aussi les champignons. L’année dernière, j’ai gouté une huitre mais c’était trop salé.

I don’t like cheese because it’s too strong and I hate mushrooms. Last year I tried oysters but they were too salty.

Je n’aime pas la cuisine indienne parce que c’est trop épicé. Par contre, j’aime beaucoup la cuisine italienne car j’adore les pizzas et les pâtes. Ma pizza préférée, c’est la pizza au jambon. J’aime bien aussi les glaces italiennes, surtout la glace au citron.

I don’t like Indian food because it is too spicy. On the other hand I like Italian food a lot because I love pizzas and pasta. My favourite pizza is a ham pizza. I also like Italian ice cream a lot, especially lemon ice cream.

Hier soir, je suis allé dans un restaurant chinois parce que c’était mon anniversaire. J’ai mangé du poulet et du riz et après on a mangé un gâteau.

Last night we went to a Chinese restaurant because it was my birthday. I ate chicken with rice and afterwards we ate a cake.
