Recognising different graphs - Higher only
There are a number of standard graphs that you would be expected to recognise.
These include \(\text{y = x}^2\) and \(\text{y =}-\text{x}^2\), \(\text{y = x}^3\) and \(\text{y =}-\text{x}^3\), and \(\text{y =}~\frac{1}{x}\) and \(\text{y =}~\frac{-1}{x}\).
